What types of products do you offer?
We currently offer an emotions journal, an accompanying journal, cards to help you communicate your emotions and Christmas cards.
Are your products ready for sale?
Our cards are ready for sale. Our emotions journal and the accompanying journals can be pre-ordered, which means an additional 7-9 days to the usual delivery duration.
Order & Payment
How can I place an order?
Once you find your desired product, just click “add to basket,” and the product will be added to the cart. At the end of your shopping, you can check out your order.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, and Shopify Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. To cancel the order, please email us and state your order number. We will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries. Shipping time varies by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping (within Europe) is free on all orders above 12€. For smaller shipments, a shipping fee is charged based on DHL rates.
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy on everything except our cards, starting from when you receive your order. As long as the product is in its delivery state and has not been written on, used, or otherwise marked, you can contact us via email. Products on sale and vouchers are excluded from return.
A prepaid return label is not provided; customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment themselves.
