For a long time, we have put ourselves aside and conformed to survive, but let's end this survival mechanism. Let's embark on a journey to heal ourselves so we can thrive. We are creatures of a community lifestyle, but before we can heal our community, we must first heal ourselves, for we are the pillars of our community, our home, our relationships.

For this journey, Above the Noise wishes to help with the starting step. We want to help you recognise your inner child. With these cards of ours, you can write a letter to your inner child. You can choose a motive that represented you as a child or a motive that sings to your soul as you are right now. 

Unlike our usual cards, the back of these does not have a well-curated sentence. This is to give you a chance to address your inner child as you see it. Also, know this: how you address your inner child can give you a peek into your relationship with yourself. 

Let's shift our perspective on relationships; let's remember that one of the most important and longest-lasting relationships we will ever have is the one with ourselves. So, let's practice self-love in a way that benefits us and our community.
